Sugarcane & Maple is a small-batch skincare brand rooted in two worlds. Founded by Zavia, the line was born from a desire to honour dual identities: the warmth, ritual, and healing traditions of Jamaican island living, and the clean, locally sourced ingredients of Canada, where she was born and raised. Every product is handmade in small batches and named after Jamaican sayings and proverbs, carrying the wisdom and wit of the culture in every label. Ingredients are sourced locally from Canadian vendors, with an intentional commitment to diasporic purchasing, supporting Black, Indigenous and POC suppliers wherever possible. Sugarcane & Maple is skincare with a story, crafted slowly, intentionally, and with deep respect for both cultures that shaped it.
